The free shuttle service from the airport was convenient.

My stay was a disaster due to several issues. The air conditioning in my room was completely non-functional, making my night unbearable. Additionally, the restaurant experience was horrendous. I had to repeatedly request an early breakfast that never actually materialized. To make matters worse, the staff was unable to provide an invoice at checkout despite asking me three times for my details.

The clean, spacious room provided a restful environment, but the limited dining menu didn't meet my taste. The friendly staff and efficient airport shuttle service greatly enhanced my stay.

Excellent breakfast included selection

The staff are really excellent and go out of their way to be helpful. The free shuttle is efficient, just go to the TransVip desk at the airport with your hotel confirmation. A very nice pool and garden. A really good breakfast. Rooms are a little old-fashioned but very clean and comfortable.

The rooms at Hotel Diego De Almagro Aeropuerto are spacious and cozy, featuring double glazing that provides excellent noise isolation. The shuttle service is efficient and convenient, making airport transfers a breeze. Plus, the full breakfast included is a great way to start the day.

Restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed during dinner, resulting in delayed service. Ordered club sandwiches, which took over an hour to arrive. Had to call reception multiple times about the order. AC in the room struggled to keep up with the heat, leading to an uncomfortable night. Lounge area near the pool looked inviting but didn’t have much time to relax there. Restaurant prices felt a bit high when compared to nearby options.
